Beaver Lodge Day Program is a day program held five times a week

Beaver Lodge day services is a program that incorporates teachings based on Oshki-Giizhig general model of care which is based on the traditional Medicine wheel and seeks to address needs of all areas of wellbeing (intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual).

Daily events may include traditional teachings, ceremonies (smudging, sweat lodge, pipe ceremony, and more), crafting traditional bundle items (drums, medicine bags, rattles, regalia and more), budgeting and basic math, languages (indigenous), reading, recognizing emotions, benefits of healthy relationships (friends, family, community), mental health supports including coping and resources, nutrition includes cooking and meal planning, sustainable sources of land-based activities (gardening, foraging, medicine picking, etc.), physical activities and healthy sexual activity.
